INGREDIENTS: Tapioca syrup, cane sugar, water, pectin, apple juice concentrate, whey protein isolate, rosin based extract, naturally flavored, fruit and vegetable juice (color), sodium citrate, citric acid, malic acid.

We start with Olioʼs award-winning live rosin.
The rosin is decarboxylated and UNLOKT™ by DAY THREE LABS™ using revolutionary technology.

The molecular rosin and protein are put into DAY THREE LABS™ pharmaceutical grade machine.

Inside the machine, a rosin-protein complex is formed, preserving and maintaining the incredible terpenes and cannabinoids in our award-winning rosin.
This is run through a purification process using a pharmaceutical grade filter, ensuring a clean, pure output, comprised of only cannabis and protein, maintaining the strain-specific cannabinoids and terpenes. No other masking agents or unwanted ingredients.
Why Protein?
TRADITIONAL EDIBLES
When fats are consumed in traditional edibles, they are initially stored in fat storage sites, waiting for a protein particle to pick it up and shuttle it into circulation.
PROTEINS ARE NOT STORED
Unlike fats, protein does not get stored; the body disperses it immediately. Because our rosin is packed inside protein, itʼs able to bypass the 1st round of metabolism, allowing for the rosin to be released and absorbed in its entirety: terpenes, cannabinoids, and all.

When a typical edible enters the body and is waiting in a fat storage site it needs to call an Uber (protein) to come pick it up and transport it around the body.
Olio Live Edibles are in the Uber before you even eat them, and are immediately transported to where you want them to go.
The Gummy
Here are some of the ingredients we use to make Olio Live Edibles so special.
FRUITS & VEGETABLES
We use all-natural flavors and colors derived from whole fruits & vegetables.
CANE SUGAR
We use cane sugar because it is pure and unprocessed.
APPLE JUICE CONCENTRATE
We use apple juice concentrate because it it is a clean, natural sweetener that enhances the flavor of the gummy.
TAPIOCA SYRUP
We use tapioca syrup as a natural sweetener. Tapioca is a byproduct of the cassava root plant, or yucca, and has a lower glycemic index when compared to high fructose corn syrup.
MALIC & CITRIC ACIDS
We use citric and malic acids for natural flavoring. Citric acid, from citrus, provides that first punch of taste. Malic acid, from apples, provides aftertaste.
PECTIN
We use pectin to form our gummy texture. Pectin is a fruit fiber, and provides our desired consistency. Our pectin comes from citrus peels.
Infusing the Gummy
With our rosin-protein complex ready, we are now able to infuse the product into the gummy recipe. That mixture is placed in our O Face mold. We coat the gummies in MCT oil and carnauba wax so they do not stick together! No need for extra sugar to mask the taste, our gummies are naturally delicious.
