STORY
Our team of hash enthusiasts first started perfecting cannabis extraction back in 2012 and have been pushing the envelope ever since.
Olio is an innovator in the hash world with roots that go back to the Colorado medical market in 2012, with our Colorado lab coming to fruition in 2015. We were among the first to offer a 100% live rosin 510 threaded cartridge on the regulated market. We also were one of the first to produce a heat-cured rosin product and coined the name “jam”.
We believe that exceptional flavors come from exceptional genetics. That’s why we’re deeply invested in in-house breeding, pheno hunts, and cultivation practices that push the boundaries of flavor and quality. Our work doesn’t stop at just producing hash; we take extra care in our harvesting process, hand-cutting plants with precision to preserve trichome integrity. For us, “Live” isn’t just about freezing flower—it’s about ensuring that the essence of the plant is perfectly expressed in every concentrate we create.

PROCESS:
QUALITY OVER EVERYTHING
THE GROW
In our cultivation facility we focus on terpenes and trichomes. Olio strives to provide a diverse strain offering covering a wide range of flavors. We are always bringing new strains to market.
FRESH FROZEN
We specialize in live extracts. This requires freezing the plant material as quickly as possible to preserve the maximum amount of terpenes. This allows each department to maximize the flavor preserved in our extracts.
WASHING
Using Reverse-Osmosis water and ice, the team processes the material into ice wax. After the wash cycle is complete, it is strained and then loaded into the freeze-dryer. Low temp plates Osprey automated washing machine we have been able control all the variables of hand washing while keeping quality the same.
PRESSING
Once the ice water hash is freeze dried and tested, our rosin team packs it into a fine micron pouch to press it between a pure pressure rosin press. We focus on strain specific batches as well as unique mixes of our strains to provide a wide variety of flavors.
CURE
Using a variety of curing methods we are able to offer multiple consistencies of rosin. Our extractors keep a close eye on each batch and patiently wait for the best time to have each one packaged or sent to other departments.
BHO
With our BHO we use the same high quality fresh frozen as our SHO but our approach is slightly different due to our ability to fully dissolve our concentrate before we run it through filtration. We focus on preserving the terpene profile in its natural state with our low and slow post processing approach in hopes of bringing you a taste as close to the fresh flower as we possibly can.

PRESERVATION
We are focused on terpene preservation and unique flavor profiles in our concentrates. Our growers and genetic library are the finest in the state and we employ both butane and solventless extraction methods to harvest every last wonderful trichome. Our mission is to provide delicious, beautiful, clean and potent concentrate to folks who love smoking hash as much as we do!
